How the company trial and seat changes work

The installation’s 30-day trial starts when its first account becomes the owner; purchasing a company plan does not restart it. Change seats without charge during the trial. After annual billing begins, added seats are charged for the remaining term. Reductions do not create a refund and lower the next annual renewal. Pending invitations are free, and replacing one activated user with another inside the purchased limit does not change billing.

What changes as you grow

The protection stays consistent. Deployment support expands.

Included means available in the current company-governance beta. Planned means it is not available yet. Priority support does not include a contractual response-time commitment unless separately agreed. Customer-prioritized connector work requires a separate written agreement.

Solo cloud archiving uploads new redacted records from up to three signed-in Macs, with upload consent and an active subscription. Sync pauses when the subscription expires.
